Ingredients :
- 250g of pie crust
- 155ml of milk
-175ml of liquid cream
-2 eggs
-1 tablespoonof tarragon
-100g of grated cheddar
-180g of chopped spinach (cooked)
-60g of cooked beans (fève)
Preparation :
1. Preheat the oven to 190°
2. Line the bottom of the tart with parchment paper*
3.Lower** the oven's temperature to 160°
4. Beat eggs, cream and herbs then season***
5. Spread half of the grated cheese . Garnish with spinach ( that you will have cooked *and chopped* beforehand *beans and herbs, then the liquid mixture.
6.Gently stir the mixture evenly, warring : do not damage the bottom of the pie.
7.Then add* the rest of the cheese on top (au dessus).
8. Put in oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes for nice cooking, slightly golden on top.
