Demon Slayer ( Kimetsu no yaiba ) is a Japanese manga series . It is written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge . It is composed of 23 volumes . It is adapted in anime .
We follow the story of Tanjiro Kamado . His family is poor . A day, while he went to sell his coal in the mountains, when he comes back , he discovered that his family have been killed by a demon and that his sister is the only survivor .
Tanjiro, went to search for a doctor. He meet Giyu Tomioka, who is part a secret company of demons slayers , and he wants to kill his sister because she is a demon .
He will try cure his sister .

Tanjiro Kamado :
Tanjiro is the main character . He wants to avenge himself of the killing of his family . He is 16 years old and he is very generous .

She Tanjiro’ sister . She has been transformed into a demon but she still has her human capacities .
