10 apparition of ghost taken in photos

The internet is full of pictures of ghosts and unexplained things. There are also many people who believe in paranormal events and you may have experienced them yourself. Today I'm going to show you ten photos that all involve a spooky story.

10 : the ghost of tulip staircase

This photo was taken by Ralph Hardy, in 1966, a Canadian tourist who photographed "The Tulip Stairs" in the Queen's House section of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England.

Upon development, however, the photo revealed a ghostly figure climbing the stairs, holding the railing with both hands. Many experts, including some from Kodak, found no evidence of tampering. Other apparitions were occasionally seen in the vicinity of the stairs, and unexplained noises were also heard.

9: The watchman

It is possible that this is a double exposure of a living person. In 1959, this photo would have been taken on film.

8:the ghost of the train crossing

A strange legend about a railroad crossing south of San Antonio, Texas. This location was the site of a tragic accident in which several school-aged children were killed, but their ghosts still roam the area and push idling cars across the tracks even though the tracks are uphill.

7:The ghost of the back seat

This photo was taken by Mabel Chinnery in 1959. It shows her husband in his car, but who would be her deceased mother-in-law in the back seat. While paranormalists believe this is real, others have debunked it as a case of double exposure.

6: Freddy Jackson

Freddy Jackson, a Royal Air Force mechanic, was tragically killed in a plane crash in 1919. On the day of his funeral, a group photo was taken of his squadron and Jackson was not going to let his death stop him from showing up for the group photo. His face can be seen behind the fourth airman from the left in the back row. When the photograph was made public in the 1970s, retired RAF officer Victor Goddard came forward to confirm that Jackson had indeed made an otherworldly appearance.

5 :The Brown Lady

Arguably the most famous ghost photo, the Brown Lady or Lady Brown of Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England, became world famous after the apparition was captured on the main staircase during a photo shoot for Country Life magazine. The Brown Lady is named after the brown brocade dress she wears and is said to be the spirit of Lady Dorothy Walpole (1686-1726), the sister of Britain's Prime Minister.

4:This little girl's best friends ?

The photographer wanted to take a perfect picture of his beloved daughter. In the end, he got this strange shot: so, simple reflection of light? Or a real ghost caught in the act?

3. The Ghost of the Grand Canyon

This man had the scare of his life! Not in defying the fear of heights, no. But once he received his developed photos. Because on this photo, taken at the Grand Canyon (USA) there is indeed someone behind him... while he always swore that he was alone with his wife!

2. William Hope's

Picture of William Hope, an Englishman born in 1863, was a medium who claimed to be able to "communicate" with spirits. The few photos he took are quite telling (and scary!).

1. In a cemetery...

When the American actor Terry Ike Clanton decided to have his picture taken at the Boothill Cemetery (Arizona, USA) which was right next to a filming location, he didn't imagine that he would come back with a souvenir photo... where he is not alone on it! The actor maintains that it is not a joke and that the photo is authentic.

So, still don't believe it?
